Last weekend I went to Sussex and I'm now counting down the days until I can go back! I l o v e d it there. My friends and I stayed in Camber Sands, next to Rye for 4 days. We went there just as a little getaway and celebration for finishing university.

The first day we got there around 2 in the afternoon and we decided to check in, make our little apartment homely for us all, scope out where we were staying and get some food in the fridge for the weekend. We went into Hastings and sat on the beach for an hour on the evening which was bloomin' lovely! (I think we stopped at every beach we went past in this 45 minute journey, haha.) We live in the midlands and there isn't a beach in sight. Once we went back to the apartment and had our food we went into an arcade.

The second day we decided was going to be the day we went into Brighton. My one friend, Corey, had been there before so he was able to show us around. I fell in love with it instantly! The first thing we decided to do was walk along the beachfront to get onto the pier. As you can tell, we took every opportunity to be on the beach ;-) Louise and I are both terrified of seagulls, so, as you can probably imagine, walking along the pier was a lot of dodging the seagulls and walking into people. We had churros, spent lots of money in the arcade, won lots of tickets and soaked up the sun while having general chat and taking in the view!

If you're going into Brighton and are looking for things to do, I recommend going to the seafront and the pier. If you have a little more time definitely go into the lanes and have a look around at all the cute little shops! Louise and I watch youtube and have seen different bits of Brighton in vlogs so it was so nice to see it all in real life. We went into the Photomatic store, I highly recommend if you want a little keepsake. We went overboard and ended up taking lots of photos.

We also went into Boho Gelato, which we had heard Zoë rave over. So we decided to have a look for ourselves and see what the hype was about. I can honestly say, it lived up to the hype. I had Chocolate Raspberry and Louise had Honey and Banana. On the evening of our second day we went to the Camber Sands beach on the evening/night took a few drinks with us and decided to just have a little beach party. It was quite amusing!

Our penultimate day we decided to go into Brighton again but unfortunately Niall wasn't very well so it ended up just Louise and I going. We had more of a look at the little beach hut shops on the seafront and different parts of the lanes. We found really cute little market stalls and quaint jewellery stores. We thought we had seen everything in the first day we went, but we really hadn't! I wish we had of actually stayed in Brighton itself.

All of us all loved our little holiday and really want to go back. Hopefully we can all organise another one very soon! We were soooo lucky that the weather was lovely while we were there. Many great memories were made and I'm super grateful for Corey, Louise and Niall. Thank you for making the four days the best four days this year!

On Friday my best friend and I went to the Britain's Got Talent auditions, we went last year which was fun but we were in the circle as it's held in a theatre. This year we met up and went to get our tickets straight away, we got stall tickets. We didn't think anything of it until we got there and realised we were 3rd row and in the back of every single shot Simon Cowell was in.

We were so shocked at how good our seats were for a change! The girls next to us got a selfie with Simon as he walked into the theatre and we were so jealous. Between acts we have breaks and throughout the breaks Simon and David came over and spoke to the first couple of rows - it was so weird. The four of us started chanting "David, David, David!" at him and he loved it haha. I didn't realise how funny he actually was on the show.

This time around we only saw Ant and Dec. They made us laugh more than some of the contestants did. We had a mix bunch of acts throughout the time we were in the theatre. There were Dance Groups, Singers, Magicians, Yodellers, Musicians - you name it, we probably saw it. I must admit it is a long few hours, but if you don't mind then I'd recommend going. We're going to try and go again next year if we can. We both love going, its such a good day out!

A lot of the acts we saw got through, whether we'll see them on TV or not is a different story. There was a lot of audition participation throughout the whole show which I really enjoyed. On the break, like I said before, two judges came and spoke to us and David had selfies with people and even signed their books which was pretty cool of him.

Our tickets were from Applause Store.
Let me know if you have been to any TV recordings in the comments below!

I am by no means at one with nature but I couldn't help but bring my camera along to a friendly outing and take some snaps for you guys, not all of you will appreciate this.. I understand.

I don't really go out and/or see my friends much now I've finished sixth form, we meet up for birthdays and for outing to the pub once in a while but that's all really. We all went our separate ways, working, becoming a hermit (ahah) and going on to learn new things. I've missed spending everyday except weekends with them so I decided to round everyone up and go to a really cute little park, well.. I say little, it's pretty big but hey ho! I brought my camera along for the journey and after pondering on the way to the park about what I could blog about next, this post came to mind..

I'm not sure how to say this without it sounding really cheesy and cringy.. but like I said above, I miss my friends and how close we were.

I went to my brothers graduation today (yes, there will be a post on it!) and one of the chancellors said "Don't forget where you came from, remember who your friends are and always keep in touch with them. You be the one to make sure everyone meets up at least once a year". It got me thinking and from now on I'm going to make sure we all see each other once a week even if its just going to the pub, going to a park, or even just driving around and having a chat. I just thought it would be a really nice idea to sort something out for us this summer before we all go our separate ways in September/October.

I just wanted to say that if you miss something.. do something about it. I did and now we're planning stuff to do weeks ahead!

P.s. Sorry for the cheesy post ;-)

I'm pretty late on the favourites train this month but hey! better late than never. These couple of things I've picked out this month have been my go-to or have stood out and taken the title of my favourites (for this month, atleast). In this months favourites theres a couple beauty/hair products, a book, a youtuber and a feel good song!

The Fault in Our Stars By John Green -  I can't say a bad word about this book, I've been reading it for the past couple of months and last month I finally finished it. It's one of those books you never want to end. I cried, I smiled, I got mad and I got excited. I'm not going to spoil the book for you, but believe me when I say you'll love it! I can't wait for the film to be released here in the UK. I'll be there the day its out.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer - I have a love hate relationship with this product. Some months I'll love it, Some months I wont. I think it's a really good contouring colour but just for some bronzing I don't particularly like it (maybe because I'm very pale and any colour makes me look orange).

Soap and Glory Righteous Butter - This product is a god send!! Literally. It's such a good moisturiser. I use this everyday, I'm so glad I listened to the recommendations and gave into the hype!

V05 Refresh Me Quick - I picked up this product as it was on a really cheap deal in Superdrug. Its basically dry hair shampoo with a hint of hair spray hold to it. It's really good for people with long hair as it gives you that "umph!" you need. The smell isn't like any regular dry hair shampoo, it's a lot nicer. If you ever get the chance to try it, do so!

L'oreal Paris Matt&Messy - Hands down the best Salt Spray I've ever used. It gives your hair that beachy look near enough right away.

Favourite Youtuber this month - My favourite Youtuber this month has to be Zoe aka Zoella. I love her, shes always been my favourite youtuber but this past month she's really stood out from the rest for me. Check her out!

Favourite Song this month - Birthday by Katy Perry. I love Katy Perry so much, she's one of those artists you can listen to and instantly relate to her songs. I heard this song on Capital FM for the first time and loved it. So of course I had to Youtube it.. The video is the best thing I've ever seen. I can't wait to sing it on my birthday!

Hiya Guys!
Another quick blogpost from me. This time its all about gig going and McBusted. So lets get on to it.

A couple months back when McBusted decided to put tour dates on I immediately wanted to go but hadn't got any money at the time (so of course I couldn't go *sad face*) but a couple weeks later they added more dates and I had finally been paid and had the opportunity to get tickets for me and my fellow blogger, Jessie. We we're totally excited about the whole thing and we couldn't contain our excitement for a good couple of weeks. But yesterday afternoon I was browsing through my twitter feed and noticed that the LG arena were holding a "Flash competition" to win two tickets for the OMFGZONE (click here to see the boys explain what it is) So because I'm not going to see the guys for another two/three weeks I thought ah I'll just Retweet its doubtful that I'll actually get tickets but I'll give it a go. The competition closed at 3pm and winners would be contacted by the LG arena on twitter. For a good thirty minutes they hadn't replied to anyone or direct messaged the winners so we all just gave up asking who had won.. less than two minutes later the LG arena had messaged me and told me I had won two OMFGZONE tickets!! I was in complete shock, I cried and screamed and danced all the way down the stairs to tell my parents. They just laughed. I had 30 minutes to get ready, get a train and get my tickets.. It was a rush and a half but we did it. I took a friend who hadn't gotten tickets to see them but really wanted to. All I can say is that the show was amazing. I'm still hyped about it and I can't wait to see them again on the 27th May.

Some of my videos are on my YouTube page (click here)
Some of my pictures are on my Instagram (click here)
And last but not least I've made a playlist of the setlist (click here to listen)
