I'm just a few days early with my February Favourites. Better than being a few days late, I suppose? Here's everything I've been loving this month.

Spectrum B04 - I got this back in December at Clothes Show. The whole Spectrum Brushes stand was on 3 for 2 which was absolutely amazing. If I had extra money I would have bought a lot more! I've started to wear different eyeshadow everyday recently, I'm lovinggg it. This brush is the one I go to to blend and pack on colour in the crease. After having a look on their website at more brushes the 'B' Brushes are designed specifically for Blending and Buffing, no wonder it's so bloomin' good. The bristles are sooo soft, they pack colour on so well. I can't wait to get some more Spectrum 'B' brushes. The brand are vegan registered and cruelty free, bonus!! You can get the brush here.

This is a staple in my everyday routine, I love it every month but this month I've been loving it even more. Not only is this super easy and takes less than a minute to moisturise your whole body it leaves you with a lovely sheen to your skin. I've been given a lot of compliments on how healthy my skin looks ever since I've used this! Deffo a re-purchase item for me! It's sold in most supermarkets and Superdrug/Boots.

I'm OBSESSED with this highlighter. M.A.C outdid themselves with this one, there isn't a day I don't wear it. It's just sooooo pretty. It's perfect for my skin tone (so if you are as pale as I am, this will suit you!) I use this on my brow bone, cupids bow, cheek bones, down my nose and on the tip of my nose and it doesn't look overpowering in the slightest, although, even if it did I wouldn't care too much. If anyone knows of a cheaper dupe, let me know I'd love to give it a try! This shade is LightScapade and you can get it here.

I got this palette at the start of the month and I was really anxious to use it. I thought it was mega pretty and the colours were stunning but I didn't think I'd be able to pull most of these colours off, but the one day I just thought I've paid nearly £50 for it so I need to use it. The next day I used Thanks A Latte all over my lid, Wine N Dine in the crease, Teddy Bear in the outer V and Cranberry splash just along my lash line and then used liquid liner over it. The next day I decided to use Hashtag and Toffee, I've not stopped experimenting with colours since! I love this palette so much and it was well worth the money. If you can get your paws on it, I'd definitely recommend spending the money.

There are a few things I couldn't photograph but need a little mention. The first of those things are TED Talks. I'm a little obsessed with watching/listening to them. I've learnt so much from listening it's so crazy, I never thought I'd be interested in hearing someone talk about their life - which didn't impact me at all (selfish, I know.) I usually put them on for background noise while I'm doing university work or blogger stuff but then I can't stop listening! I definitely recommend giving a few a listen. You'll be hooked, believe me.

The next thing I've been hooked on is the Samika YouTube Channel. I've had a few interactions with Sam via Twitter. I've been following Sam and Jennika's family vlog for around 2 years now and there hasn't been a vlog that I've missed.

If I've not been listening to TED talks or watching Samika I've been listening to Alex Aiono and/or William Singe. I'm well and truly hooked on their music. My favourite song this month has to be Work The Middle by Alex and my runner up has to be Rush by William. Give them a little listen if you can!

What have you been loving this month? Let me know in the comments below.

I finally got my hands on the beaut Violet Voss Holy Grail palette. I saw it last year on a random makeup page on instagram and I instantly fell in love with it. I knew I had to have it. I tried different ways to get it and they all fell through or I'd missed out on it.

This is by far my favourite palette I own, it was well worth £45. I've seen people sell them on ebay and depop for twice the price.. I waited until BeautyBay restocked it and like I said before, I was lucky enough to get my paws on it. It seems that I was fortunate enough to get the new packaging - I've heard a few rumours about the old packaging getting dirty easily.

Left to right: So jelly, R U Kitten Me, Thanks A Latte and Bat my Eyes.

This is the first product from Violet Voss that I've tried and I'm super impressed, I can't wait to try out more products from them. I love the texture of the eyeshadows, they aren't too chalky or too soft.
After doing a lil bit of research about them I found out that this palette is cruelty free! There isn't a colour in the palette that I wouldn't wear. My favourite shade has to be Wine N Dine, I can't wait to do a look with it. All shades are highly pigmented even the shimmers.

When I've experimented with the colours in this palette a bit more I'll definitely create a blogpost on a look for you all.

Let me know if you've tried this palette out or any other Violet Voss products below!

This skincare routine is used more so at the end of the day/night. I have a bit of trouble with my skin, just like most people! I'm always on the hunt for new products to add into my routine, I'm not going to deny that I'm pretty slack with looking after my face. Recently I've realised how important it is.

I start with the Garnier Micellar Water, I put some onto a cotton pad and use that to take off my eye make-up. I've written a complete blogpost about this, click here to go and have a little read. I then go onto using Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish - this is a holy grail product for me, I'm obsessed with it. I go through 100ml within a month, it's ridiculous! I can't rate this product enough, if you've never used it you definitely should. I'm thinking of doing a blogpost dedicated to that. Let me know in the comments below if you'd be interested in that. After I've used Cleanse & Polish, I use soap and water along with a exfoliating glove and exfoliate my face completely. Following that I use Clean & Clear Deep Cleansing Lotion on a cotton pad just like I did with the Micellar Water. I then go onto using Caudalié Beauty Elixir spray, I can't get enough of this stuff, it's amazing!! To finish my whole night time skincare routine I use La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ as if you would a Moisturiser.

This has been working for me for months but like I said above, I'm always looking for new products to try so if you know of any - let me know them below!

I try my hardest to create content I think will help out everyone interested. My reviews are 100% honest and all my own opinion. Unless stated, I've paid for products with my own money.

I originally got this product just as a quick make-up remover for when I’m being lazy and because it was on offer but it's now become part of my skin care routine. I use this along side Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser and it works a treat for me. I put a little bit of the micellar water on a cotton pad and hold it on my eye for around 10 seconds and wipe away. Believe it or not, it gets rid of every last trace of eye makeup. I personally don't use this for my base make-up just because I don't like the way it feels once my makeup is all off.

Garnier say "Micellar Cleansing Water comes in a generous 400ml format for up to 200 uses*." - I'd say this is pretty accurate, it takes me a good few months to get through a 400ml size.  It's usually on offer in either Superdrug or Boots for around £3/4 for the 400ml size. It's an absolute steal if you ask me! You can get it in 3 different sizes (700ml, 400ml and 125ml).

Superdrug / Boots

I'd definitely recommend!

Aaaaand I'm back again with another very delayed music monthly! I've not done one of these in a while. Lets be honest, I've not been blogging for a while so I suppose I'm let off the hook? For the past year or two I've been making monthly playlists on my spotify
(user: robynpugh_) and then when it comes to the end of the year I put them all into one playlist for that year. I loved doing it last year, I see how much my taste in music varies.

Up To You - Chris Brown.
I know this is an oldie but its a goldie! I was listening to his F.A.M.E album and I instantly remembered how much I loved this song.

U Dont Have To Call - Usher.
Again, an oldie but a goldie. I thank Conor Maynard and Jack Maynard for this being in my July music monthly favourites.

Toothbrush - DNCE.
I randomly came across this track about a week or two ago and I've not stopped singing it since I heard it. It's super catchy and just as good as 'Cake By The Ocean'.

Only Wanna Be With You (Unplugged) - Samm Henshaw.
I saw Samm and the guys (with two M's, why? because he cant spell. His words, not mine.) back in Feb supporting Tori Kelly, he was bloody brilliant! I've not stopped listening to his stuff since then but this has to be my favourite. He owns the stage as soon as he's on it, his voice is utterly amazing. I can't wait to go and see him again soon. I, unfortunately, was too shy to go and talk to him after the gig, but we've had some interaction via twitter.

Tears - Clean Bandit ft Louisa Johnson.
Such a good song, I didn't really watch much of the X Factor when Louisa was on it but she's got a stunning voice and I think this collaboration was a good one, I must say.

It's been a while since I last did a blogpost, every time I say "I'm back!" I put a curse on myself and never actually carry on blogging. University truly does take over your life, I have a really hands-on course. Only one year left though!

I went into town to meet a friend for a drink a few weeks back and I didn't really think we were going to look around the shops as our town is getting knocked down to be re-built, which should be pretty cool when it's all finished. But that aside I wondered into a Superdrug that was in a little corner surrounded by huge boards and saw they had a fully stocked MakeUp Revolution counter! I've been looking at some of their palettes online for a while and lusting over them but never actually taking the plunge and buying them. So I decided to buy two!

I've been loving eyeshadows recently and as soon as I saw this all mattes palette I was sold. The colours are beautiful and really compliment my eye colour.

The second thing that caught my eye was this beautiful highlighter palette. In my opinion, I believe this palette has a colour to suit all skin tones. I use the middle one as I think it best suits my pale skin. The pay off is stunning and stays all day. I'd recommend both palettes.

Last month I booked a holiday and I need some clothes and such for it! So I thought 'why not create a wishing weekly while I'm looking?' sometimes, I think I'm a genius ;-)

I'm totally in love with everything on this set. You're probably thinking why on earth is there an iPhone 6 on there? Well.. I've got the iPhone 4s (yes, still... I know) and I just really want to upgrade it but the money I've just spent on a holiday I'm gonna spend the same on the iPhone, so for now its just on my wishlist.

Happy New Year guys, I hope you all had a great start to the year. I’ve been thinking about things I want to achieve in 2015. I’m starting a fresh, leaving all the negative that happened in 2014 behind. So without further ado – Here’s everything I want to achieve this year.

Travel more  -  I really want to travel around the UK more. Ok, maybe not just the UK but who knows?! Travelling is something I really enjoy; I even enjoy the ride there and back, its all part of the experience.

Learn to drive -  Recently I’ve been so eager to learn to drive, I’ve never thought about it before or been bothered but after starting university last year I’ve seen how many people drive and the independence that comes with driving. I’ve been taking theory tests online already and I’ve not had a single driving lesson! Eager beaver haha.

Be independent -  This is a huge thing for me, it may not seem it to anyone else but it really is. After struggling with mild-anxiety throughout 2013 and 2014 I’ve made some progress to becoming more independent and happier doing things alone. Don’t get me wrong; I love being on my own but not when it comes to being in public. I’ve overcome little things in 2014 but this year I want to overcome many more things and for this to happen I have to be independent.

Budget/Save my money – This is something I’m AWFUL at, I’m always in debt with somebody or I’ve overspent. I blame it on being a Fashion student because lets face it.. You can’t be a fashion student and not buy every garment you fall in love with.. Ok, you can but it’s my only excuse! ;-)

Blog more – I love taking time out to write a blog post so why don’t I do it more? It’s as simple as that. Do more of what you love.

It's that time again! The montly favourites are back. I've loved December so it was only right for me to do a 'December Favourites'.

The first thing on my list is a "perfume" or as the bottle says - Blissful Mistful. Yep! you guessed it, Zoe's body mist from her beauty range 'Zoella Beauty'. I'm really fussy when it comes to perfumes and sprays there are a lot of fragrances I really don't like. I love the fruity, floral, sweet and girly smells all year round. I'm obsessed with the packaging of this product not just the smell, I love the slick shape of the bottle and the colour palette that runs throughout the whole of the range. It's great to just throw in your bag and spritz while your on-the-go!

The next thing I've been loving this month is the Revlon Colourburst. I love this colour so much, I usually opt for a red lip but as soon as I saw this colour I was drawn towards it, Hello Pink!! I may do a review on it soon, so then you can see swatches and it on. Have you guys tried anything from the colourburst range? If so, what? Let me know in the comments.

Letraset Pro markers aka a fashion students dream. They're the most wonderful thing to draw up designs with! The markers are super expensive but well worth the money.

Real Techniques contour brush is literally the most perfect brush I've ever used! All hail Sam and Nic, Make-Up brush queens. I use this brush for my blusher, as you can see I didn't bother washing it for this photo but if I want to give it a quick refresh I use MAC's Brush Cleanser - Great brushes for the price I'd definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

Garnier Micellar water aka holy grail product. I love this micellar water so much, I use it on a cotton pad and I sweep it on my eyes and my make-up is off without any fuss or struggle. I recommend this product. I don't use it all over my face to get my face make-up as I think it's just dragged dirt around my face. I team it with Liz Earle's cleanse and polish - they're literally a dream! My skin has felt so much better since using both these products together. I do use it as a second cleanse after I've used my Liz Earle though.

My Aria Ankle boots from Public Desire are an absolute dream to walk in. I heard some bad things about ordering from the Public Desire website after I had ordered these (I got these the end of last month or early this month) - There had been a rumour that someone was taking money out of your bank account after purchasing which of course worried me a lot.. but I had no problem with that situation and I'm so happy I made this purchase. They're so comfortable and go with everything.

CHUMMY! My favouritest (new word ;-)) favourite of this month has to be Miranda. I heard that there wasn't going to be another series after christmas so I panicked and instantly started watching it from season one again. It's a guilty pleasure for me, If you've never watched it.. I'm telling you to! It's great.

My music favourite for this month has to be the new album from One Direction, possibly their best album yet. I was lucky enough to get tickets for Birmingham in Oct 2015 but on christmas day I had a shock and found out that my friends had given my mum the money back I'd paid for my ticket and that they had paid for it!! I'm so grateful to have amazing friends and I'm super excited to be seeing my loves in October!

Its becoming a tradition for me to have a favourite youtuber in my montly favourites. It's been a bit of difficult one this month as I've been loving every youtuber I'm subscribed to as most of them have been doing vlogmas.. But this month I've decided to pick Jim Chapman. He's so lovely and he seems so much fun to be around.

So thats the last monthly favourites for 2014!! I hope you've all had a lovely holiday period and I wish you all a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!
