Another review for you today! This time it's a bit more makeup based rather than beauty/skin care. My reviews are 100% honest and all my own opinion. Unless stated, I've paid for products with my own money.

I got this palette for my birthday last year and recently I've been using it more and more. I'm a little obsessed with the shades in this palette. As you can see from the photographs I've used some colours more than others. There's a big range of neutrals and plum/purple colours to mattes and shimmers and that's the one thing that drew me to this palette over the others.

As you can see the colour pay off is amazing. All of these swatches are just one swipe on the eyeshadow pan. I personally have only used a primer under these once and it did the same job as when I didn't. There are some vivid colours that I'd probably never use myself unless it was for halloween or a festival but I'd love to try and create a makeup look with them one day (when I'm a little braver, haha!)

The only downside to this palette is that I found the more shimmery colours are quite chalky, so you have to build those up.

I personally use the pinky-plumy colours (the first three on the top row of the photo above this) on a daily basis. I use the other darker tones to recreate a look that Jasmine Clough uploaded a while back - watch it here.

I hype this palette enough. Are there any other Morphe palettes you think I should get? Let me know in the comments!

You can buy it here:
Cult Beauty | Beauty Bay

(Prices on different websites vary - best price I found was Beauty Bay)

It's been a while since I last did a blogpost, every time I say "I'm back!" I put a curse on myself and never actually carry on blogging. University truly does take over your life, I have a really hands-on course. Only one year left though!

I went into town to meet a friend for a drink a few weeks back and I didn't really think we were going to look around the shops as our town is getting knocked down to be re-built, which should be pretty cool when it's all finished. But that aside I wondered into a Superdrug that was in a little corner surrounded by huge boards and saw they had a fully stocked MakeUp Revolution counter! I've been looking at some of their palettes online for a while and lusting over them but never actually taking the plunge and buying them. So I decided to buy two!

I've been loving eyeshadows recently and as soon as I saw this all mattes palette I was sold. The colours are beautiful and really compliment my eye colour.

The second thing that caught my eye was this beautiful highlighter palette. In my opinion, I believe this palette has a colour to suit all skin tones. I use the middle one as I think it best suits my pale skin. The pay off is stunning and stays all day. I'd recommend both palettes.

Last month I booked a holiday and I need some clothes and such for it! So I thought 'why not create a wishing weekly while I'm looking?' sometimes, I think I'm a genius ;-)

I'm totally in love with everything on this set. You're probably thinking why on earth is there an iPhone 6 on there? Well.. I've got the iPhone 4s (yes, still... I know) and I just really want to upgrade it but the money I've just spent on a holiday I'm gonna spend the same on the iPhone, so for now its just on my wishlist.

If you guys want anything from this set you can SHOP THE SET here!

So.. a couple weeks back I made a few purchases on the Superdrug website.

This palette was one of my many purchases. Am I pleased with it? Heck Yes!! I saw it and instantly fell in love with the palette. I also noticed near enough straight away that it was a complete dupe for the Naked 3 palette. I love the Naked palettes but I'm not 100% sure I want to spend nearly £40 on something I'll wear once in a while. When I saw this I had to get it. It was only £4, bargain! The colour pay off is amazing. I can wear these eye shadows all day and they don't crease. As soon as I tried it I knew I had to do a blog post on it. I'm totally  in love with my purchase and for £4 you can't go wrong! If you would like any swatches etc just leave a comment and I'll get right on it.

You can buy it here

SHOP THE SET
-
GINGHAM CROP TOP, PASTEL BLUE BAG, NUDES PALETTE, BLACK SLIP ONS AND YSL HIGH SHINE LIPSTICK

I'm literally lusting over Gingham print and I have no idea why, I think its so cute and super flattering! I saw this top on the website and thought i'd pick it up in store.. but I was wrong and now theres only size 16's left. Sigh.

Oh goodness.. this bag is just so pretty, I can't wait to get my paws on it. It's such a lovely pastel shade and I adore the gold detailing on it.

H&M Make-Up has always been on my wishlist but I've never actually purchased it. I love the colours in this palette and its only £3.99!! This is a total must-have.

Black Croc Print slip ons.. Ahh, I am so in love with these shoes. I can totally understand that not everyone will like them but I think they'd look so nice with my ripped jeans and a stripey top. I cant decide if I should get the Black ones or the White ones.. or maybe I should get both? Hmm..

YSL Lipsticks are so cute and I've read some really great reviews but I'm not sure what shade to get?!? If you've tried these out let me know what shade you have in the comments please!

I've been seeing a lot of different reviews about this duo so I thought i'd do a first impressions post on it!

I got this duo today after going back and forth deciding if I should buy it or not and I finally said "Stuff it!" and got them. I tried to do a video of me using both of these products but I failed. No tripod = No Video. I noticed that the mascara added a ton of length to my lashes, but in my opinion I prefer Bad Gal by Benefit. Bad Gal gives me a lot more volume and that is what I like in a mascara.

I wear eyeliner every time I put my make-up on, I feel plain without it. So again, I thought I'd give the new push-up liner a go. I thought at first I wouldn't like it and I wouldn't get on with the applicator.. but I love it, I don't think I'm going to go back to my old eyeliner. I've seen mixed reviews about how people don't like the applicator or how it pushes out too much eyeliner but I believe you just have to persevere and if you still don't like it then its not for you. I do agree that it pushes out too much of the product but I wipe the product on my hand and then dip the applicator into it instead of pushing up more product.

Have you tried this duo? Let me know your first impression of them!

I wasn't tagged by anyone but I saw a few people complete this tag the other day and I thought it would be pretty cool for me to do, so here we go!

Tag Questions:

1. You have to get rid of all your foundations and you can only keep one high end and one drugstore, which do you keep?

For sure Estée Lauder Double wear and L'oreal Infalliable!

2. You go for an interview and the lady interviewing you has lipstick on her teeth. Do you approach the subject or ignore it completely?

Erm, this is a bit tricky.. Maybe ignore it? Maybe pretend to get lipstick off my own teeth and hope that she does too? Such a tricky question!

3. You're not feeling yourself and need a pick me up. Which lipstick do you put on to make yourself feel beautiful?

Maybe a red lipstick? Any brand

4. You go back in time for a day to your teenage years, how would you do your hair and makeup differently?

Because I'm still in my "teenage years" its a bit difficult for me to say, but for sure I'd stop pulling my hair across my face and pretending I have a swept fringe, ew. I'd also stop scraping my hair back into a ponytail!

5. You ask your hairdresser for a shoulder length Pixie Lott hair cut, but they hear wrong and give you a pixi cut. Do you a) Smile, say thank you, leave and call your mum hysterical b) Cry in the chair and things get awkward or c) Complain to the manager and demand a refund.

Oh goodness, I don't think I'd let it get that far.. I mean my hair is super long (almost to my bum!) so I think I'd know what my hairdresser was doing. But if she did do that, I think I'd cry, ring my mum and then once I'd rang my mum I'd then demand a refund.

6. Your friend surprises you with a 4 day city break and you have 1 hour to pack. Which 'do it all' palette do you pack in your makeup bag?

My sleek contour kit.

7. Your house has been robbed, don't worry everyone is safe, but your beauty stash has been raided. What's the product you really hope is safe?

My foundations!

8. Your friend borrows your makeup and returns it in awful condition. Do you a) Just pretend you haven't noticed b) Ask them to repurchase it or c) Secretly do the same to something of theirs

I think at first I'd pretend I hadn't noticed but then I think I'd text them and ask them to repurchase it

I'm always lusting over new products and fashion items so I thought I'd do a WW as I haven't done one in a while. If there's any new trends or any new make-up products you think I'd like you'll have to leave a comment and let me know so I can check them out.

The first thing I'm lusting over is the new Osbourne MAC Range, I went in to store to take a peek but a lady who worked there told me they had sold out already! The colour range and brushes are to die for. I hope I can get my paws on some soon.

Benefits They're Real Mascara has had some raving reviews and I really want to try it but I'm not sure that I want to pay £20 for a mascara! Is it worth it? Let me know in the comments.

Round sunglasses are my favourite, always have been, always will be.

I've seen a lot of people wearing High Top White Converse mainly the wrong way, but I've also seen a lot of people rocking the High Top Converse with Denim Shorts look. I wanted to try it out for myself so this is why the High Top Converse are in my WW this week.

Pale Pink/Off White Topshop bag is so cute! not so sure I can spend £107 on it though!

I'm pretty late on the favourites train this month but hey! better late than never. These couple of things I've picked out this month have been my go-to or have stood out and taken the title of my favourites (for this month, atleast). In this months favourites theres a couple beauty/hair products, a book, a youtuber and a feel good song!

The Fault in Our Stars By John Green -  I can't say a bad word about this book, I've been reading it for the past couple of months and last month I finally finished it. It's one of those books you never want to end. I cried, I smiled, I got mad and I got excited. I'm not going to spoil the book for you, but believe me when I say you'll love it! I can't wait for the film to be released here in the UK. I'll be there the day its out.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer - I have a love hate relationship with this product. Some months I'll love it, Some months I wont. I think it's a really good contouring colour but just for some bronzing I don't particularly like it (maybe because I'm very pale and any colour makes me look orange).

Soap and Glory Righteous Butter - This product is a god send!! Literally. It's such a good moisturiser. I use this everyday, I'm so glad I listened to the recommendations and gave into the hype!

V05 Refresh Me Quick - I picked up this product as it was on a really cheap deal in Superdrug. Its basically dry hair shampoo with a hint of hair spray hold to it. It's really good for people with long hair as it gives you that "umph!" you need. The smell isn't like any regular dry hair shampoo, it's a lot nicer. If you ever get the chance to try it, do so!

L'oreal Paris Matt&Messy - Hands down the best Salt Spray I've ever used. It gives your hair that beachy look near enough right away.

Favourite Youtuber this month - My favourite Youtuber this month has to be Zoe aka Zoella. I love her, shes always been my favourite youtuber but this past month she's really stood out from the rest for me. Check her out!

Favourite Song this month - Birthday by Katy Perry. I love Katy Perry so much, she's one of those artists you can listen to and instantly relate to her songs. I heard this song on Capital FM for the first time and loved it. So of course I had to Youtube it.. The video is the best thing I've ever seen. I can't wait to sing it on my birthday!

I love reading Daily Face posts so I thought I'd give it ago and do it myself!

As a base I use Soap and Glory righteous butter and Clean and Clear moisturiser, I then go on to use MUA Pro Eyeshadow primer around my eyes, on my eyelids and even on my eyebrows! I also use the Benefit Porefessional on wherever I feel I need to minimize pores. To moisturise my lips I like to use the Models Own bubblegum lip balm. I like to conceal any blemishes or dark circles with my Boing concealer in 01 from Benefit. I then like to use my Estee Lauder Double Wear in Bone (which is still a bit too dark for me! #palegirlproblems haha!) I'll then use my Stay Matte Powder to keep it all in place.

I then go on to use my MUA blusher in Bon Bon, my MUA undress me too highlighter and my Benefit Hoola bronzer to contour and highlight.

Soap and Glory's Archery in Brownie Points is possibly the best thing I've ever used on my eyebrows for a quick "fix".

On my eyes I'll use Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze all over my lid, I then go on to use L'Oreal Paris Super Liner to create a cat eye/flick and then I simply curl my eyelashes and use Bad Gal lash and/or Maybelline Colossal Mascara.

To finish my daily face I use Rimmel 1000 Kisses in Nothing but Nude teamed with Estee Lauder Pure Colour Gloss in Wired Copper.

Another Wishing Weekly for you today, Hope you enjoy or even get inspo from it.

First thing I'm lusting over this week is fully Black Converse, I have fully white, white & black, white & burgundy and white & navy. I love wearing converse, you can either dress them up or dress them down and I love it!

The second thing on my wishlist this week is the 90s crop tops, they're the cutest thing I've seen. Hoping to get my paws on some of these this month.

The third thing I'm hoping to snatch this week is the new Daisy range by Marc Jacobs, It's such a lovely smell. If you get chance to have a sniff, do so!

I need some Zoeva brushes in my life, I don't know when I'll be able to get them but hopefully this month! Pay day hurry up!! :-)

Macs Huggable lip colours are the best, I love the colours. If I'm able to get one I'll do a review for you all.

All photos are found on either the product website or google.

Hey there!

I thought I'd do a little Midweek haul for you. I popped to Boots this afternoon and of course I caved at the 3 for 2 offer and ended up spending £30 on 7 items, woops.

£10
The first thing I got was the Soap and Glory Archery brow tint and precision shaping pencil. I swatched this in the shop and the brow tiny felt was amazing. I was so happy that I picked this up, I can't wait to try it out properly.

£6.99
The second thing I picked up was the L'oreal Super Liner, I've heard so many people rave about how good this is so I had to pick it up and give it a go!

£4.99 but I got mine as the free one!
I've been wanting to pick up a Colour Tattoo 24H for a long time now and I'm so glad I did. I got Number 35, On and on Bronze. Unfortunately the swatches in the shop had all dried up and you couldn't get any swatches from them. I just went with one that I knew I would wear and one that I'd heard people rave about!

Browdrama £4.99
Collection Lashcare £1.99 (mine was the free one, again)

As you can probably tell by now I went for one eyebrow 'thing' and then ended up with three! I saw a youtuber (I can't remember who) raving about the Browdrama so of course I had to try it out. I had also seen someone else talk about Clear eyebrow gel/mascara and how good it was to set your brows.

Micellar cleansing water £2.99
Stay Matte £3.99

Stay Matte is a staple of mine, of course I was going to pick one up. Whereas the Micellar water I had never tried but had seen multiple bloggers comment on how they loved it so again I had to try it. Plus it was half price, So why not!?

That's everything I got, I hope you enjoyed this midweek post.
If so I'll try and post more. Let me know what you would like to see next or if you would like reviews/swatches on any of these items.

Hey there!
It's been a little over a month since I last posted and I have no excuses as to why I haven't posted anything in a while so I'm just gonna get straight into a new blog post.

I've been wanting to do a TAG blog post for a while so why not start with this one!?

1. What is your favourite drugstore make-up brand?
Considering that I'm more of a drugstore girl (the cheaper the better as I'm a student) this has got to be the hardest question on this tag. I think Maybelline or MUA has got to be my favourite brand!

2. What are your favourite face, cheek and lip products?
Without a doubt my top two favourite face products have got to be L'oreal infallible 24H foundation and Rimmel Stay Matte powder in Translucent. My favourite cheek product is the MUA powder blushers, I really like the shade Bon Bon - it suits my pale skin well. Rimmel Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Tint in Nothing but Nude is my all time favourite lip product!

3. Least favourite product?
My least favourite is the MUA eyeshadow trio in Innocence, the packaging and formula are awful but I guess you never know until you try it!

4. The best make-up bargain?
My best make-up bargain is from an online shop but it's Maybelline Colossal Mascara in Blackest Black, you can always find a deal on it whether it's 3 for 2 or Buy one and get one half price.

5. What is your favourite underdog product?
For sure ModelsOwn moisturising lip balm in Bubblegum, not only does it have the nicest smell but it keeps your lips moisturised throughout the day.

6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?
I love them but for sure the Revlon Colour Burst Lip Butters!

7. What is your best drugstore dupe?
MUA Lipsticks, The pigment and shades are practically the same as MAC just a lot cheaper!

8. Drugstore product that isn't worth the hype?
I use it most days but it isn't worth the hype at all.. MUA undress your skin shimmer highlighter.

And that's the TAG complete, I really enjoyed it. I had a rummage through my make-up drawers and found things I thought I had lost. Seriously.. If you're a make-up hoarder like me I urge you to do this TAG, just like me you might find something you thought you had lost!

Hey guys!
It's been a while since I posted last but I thought I'd create a new post for you guys. I've got three concerts  coming up in the next couple of months and the first one is on Thursday and it's The Wanted, The Vamps and Elyar Fox. I'm super excited for them so I thought I'd create a few outfits ideas to help me out when it comes to the concerts. (Most of that was rambling but here we go!)

Feel free to take inspo!! :-)

Just a quick blog post from me today, I'm very sorry that I haven't been posting much lately but again there is a valid reason. I'll hopefully be posting more in the next couple of months.

The long awaited January Favourites is here, I hadn't used anything different or new last month but here's my January favourites anyway.

So the first item I was loving last month was Our Moment // One Direction, I love the scent it's so nice. If you ever get the chance to give it a sniff, do so. It's a light perfume which I like and I also love the fact that the liquid is Pink!

This has by far been my favourite lip gloss to wear both with lipstick and without. The colour goes with anything, I call it my "nude lipgloss" To you it's probably not nude at all but it is to me considering I'm always wearing dark or bright colours on my lips!

This is by far the best foundation I've ever had, pair it with Porefessional and you're good to go for the whole day. The colours are good matches from what I've seen for myself and I've heard. They changed the packaging not so long ago and I love the new packaging It doesn't take up so much room in my Make-Up bag.

My non beauty related favourite this month is The Vamps, I'm a huge fangirl for The Vamps as everyone knows, there's no surprise their in my favourites this month.

My last favourite for the past month has been my Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya, It's such a lovely shear peachy colour. If you ever get to swatch it, do so!

I'm so sorry I haven't posted in 20+ days, I promise there is a valid reason. I've started my final major project for my Art class and It's very difficult to balance everything with my major project going on too. So I'm sorry and I will be on track again soon. When? I don't know but It will!

I thought I'd do a Wishing Weekly as I haven't done one in a while and its time I did one. So here we go.

1,2,3,4,5

The first thing on my list is Bioderma, everyone is raving about it and I really want to see what the hype is about it. I just wish it was easier to find over here in the UK.

The second thing I want this week is MAC eyeshadow in the colour Sketch, It's such a lovely winter shade (or autumn) I think it would go well with my eye colour, If I buy myself a palette I will most definitely be buying this to go in it!

The third thing I am lusting over this month is the Black cut out boots from Newlook, they're stunning. GIMME!

Pandora rings.. who doesn't love a Pandora ring??? They're so beautiful and dainty I really want them before the valentines season is over!

The last thing on my wishing weekly is the Pastel Yellow Statchel, I already have a fluorescent yellow one but for the spring/summer I really want a pastel one.

Links as usual are under the 1,2,3,4 and 5! All photos are found on either the website or google.

Just a quick Haul post for you from what I got at the Clothes Show Live 2013.
Part Two.

Models Own Goody bag - £10
Included:

With the Models Own Goody Bag you originally had to pick 3 nail polishes and then you had a little gift bag in there that included the buff it nail file, 3 eye pencils, a dazzle dust eye shadow, applicators and a bubblegum lip balm.

So Susan & Jelly Pong Pong Gift Bag- £5
Included:

The 'So Susan' and 'Jelly Pong Pong' gift bags were completely random (more of a goodie bag) you saw what was up for grabs but you didn't see what was in the bag until you actually paid and got it, Which I was kind of disappointed in but I later found I could purchase the one that I actually wanted online!

there was also a lip and cheek pencil & a black pencil eyeliner which were not photographed.
(I did get a couple more things from the clothes show but as presents so for obvious reasons, I couldn't photograph them!)
